Terms and conditions of sale
The Espace Sensoriel is a shared, non-private area. For your comfort and that of everyone else, you must wear a bathing suit. A towel and a pair of flip-flops will be provided on arrival.
To take full advantage of the Espace Spa, you need to reserve a time slot. Please note that the pools close 30 minutes before general closing time.
Treatments do not automatically give access to the Espace Sensoriel, except as part of an escapade. To enjoy your moment of relaxation in the best possible conditions, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your treatment. In the event of late arrival, the duration of the treatment may be adjusted so as not to impact subsequent appointments.
If you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. After this time, the service will be invoiced in full.
Suitable treatments are available for pregnant women. As for the Espace Sensoriel, it’s best to avoid the sauna, hammam and tonic zones during pregnancy.
Finally, to preserve the soothing ambience of the premises, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the Espace.
